Brådskande bindande beslut 01/2023 som begärts av den norska tillsynsmyndigheten för att det ska fastställas definitiva åtgärder avseende Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (artikel 66.2 i den allmänna dataskyddsförordningen)

The EDPB Urgent Binding Decision 1/2023 relates to the processing of personal data by Meta Ireland Limited (Meta IE) for behavioural advertising on the legal bases of contract and legitimate interest across the European Economic Area (EEA).
